The seller does not take back the voucher.

The voucher can only be redeemed for a product or service. A cash payment is not possible. Because the voucher was intended to be redeemed for goods or services when the purchase contract or service contract was concluded and cannot be treated differently afterwards.

The seller will ship the item within 3 business days after receiving the payment.

delivery time

The delivery time is based on the seller's processing time, the selected shipping service and the receipt of payment. In certain cases, the delivery time may vary. If the delivery time is given, you can find out how long it will take to receive the item.

processing time

Sellers must specify how long it will take them to pack and ship the item after payment is received. Sellers can select a same business day processing time up to 40 business days.

shipping service

Some shipping services provide an estimate of the number of days it will take the shipping company to deliver the item to the buyer. This shipping time does not include the seller's processing time. Shipping time includes business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (national public holidays, as well as Corpus Christi, Reformation Day and All Saints' Day) are usually not taken into account when estimating the shipping times.

incoming payments

A payment is considered "received" after the amount paid by the customer has been credited to the seller's account. If the buyer paid by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the credit may be immediate. However, if the buyer pays by bank transfer, this can take several days.
